Heat Loss Surveys / Airtightness Testing

Our engineers can conduct an air-leakage test which will give you the air permeability value for each property, letting you know how much heat energy is being lost through gaps in the building envelope. We can also combine this with thermal imaging and other specialist testing/investigation to give you a comprehensive report on the thermal performance of each unit along with recommendations to reduce heat loss.
Airtightness Awareness Training
